On August 6, 2025, the founder of LLC "DIMARION," Dmitrii Lebedev, a civil engineer, was awarded the badge “Honored Builder of Russia” by the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, Irek Fayzullin, together with the President of the Union of Builders of Russia, Vladimir Yakovlev, for his significant achievements in the construction sector of Russia.

This award is a major state and public recognition of Dmitrii Lebedev’s professional merits. His many years of experience in conducting engineering and geodetic, geological, environmental, and hydrometeorological surveys for industrial and civil construction; in designing mining and processing plants for gold and other minerals; in projects for engineering enterprises, building materials production, hydraulic facilities, water supply systems, land reclamation, and residential construction are invaluable in fostering cooperation between Russian and foreign partners in the construction sector, including design, construction, and supply of building materials.

During the event, representatives of government authorities and major companies from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia presented development plans for economic diversification and large-scale real estate projects.
The parties discussed aspects of Russian companies entering the Saudi Arabian market, including business registration, certification, and taxation. Contacts were exchanged for further cooperation.
